Nick is a Senior Communications Advisor at the Commission, predominantly handling external communications across the Competition, Fair Trading and Credit branches. Since joining the Commission in July 2025, Nick has managed external communications on the country’s first criminal prosecution for cartel conduct, and on the Commission’s first unconscionable conduct cases since the prohibition was introduced to the Fair Trading Act. Nick is a former journalist, who has previously held senior reporting and presenting positions in print, radio and television newsrooms.
