Fernanda Garibaldi is a Brazilian lawyer and Executive Director of Zetta, a leading trade association representing innovative players in Brazil and Latin America’s financial ecosystem. She previously led the Payments and Financial Services practice at Felsberg Advogados and has extensive experience in financial regulation and competition law, advising institutions before the Central Bank of Brazil and representing companies before Brazil’s antitrust authority (CADE). Fernanda holds a Master’s and a Ph.D. in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), was a Visiting Researcher at Columbia University, and is a guest lecturer in postgraduate programs at leading academic institutions.
